A Fat Burning Circuit That Guarantees Results!

The Fat Loss Solution

When I go to the gym I like to get a workout that's fast, challenging and burns as much fat as possible while building muscle. This fat burning workout is guaranteed to do just that. No long cardio sessions and hours spent on a machine. This workout can be done in 30 minutes. It'll boost your metabolism and make you burn fat all day long. If you don't want to go to a gym, you can do this circuit at home. All you need is a set of dumbbells, jumprope, resistance band, stablility ball and a step.

Put some music on and have fun with this. The more fun you make of it the more inclined you'll be to make exercise a part of your life!

PLEASE before starting warm up for at least 10 minutes!

The Fat Loss Solution

Do 3 rounds of this circuit (2 if you're a beginner) with 30-60 seconds rest in between each circuit. For the more advanced, no resting!

Jump rope - 2 minutes

Push Ups - 15R (beginners you can modify this by doing them on your knees or hand against a bench)

Squats (with or w/out DB) - 15R

Alternate One Arm Rows with Rotation w/band - 15R

Step Ups (with or w/out DB) 12R (if you don't have a step you can do alternating lunges)

Boxing with the tension band - 20R

Ab jackknife on the stability ball - 15R

Mt Climbers - 15R

Wood chops with DB or tension band - 12R
