Need to lose weight fast?
Odds are, your approach stinks.
I’d guarantee it. Even bet money on it.
As I said in my last article…
“It makes zero difference how “hard” you try to lose weight… if the approach is wrong, the results aren’t gonna show up.
And experience tells me that your approach flat out stinks.
It doesn’t take a psychic.
If you’re not losing weight, your NOT using the correct fat loss formula… period!
Unfortunately, you’re probably still stuck in the futile mindset that the pounds and inches aren’t melting away because you’re just not trying “hard” enough. You’re just not disciplined enough. Or some variation of that.
And that’s your “fatal flaw”.
That’s the fatal flaw with most people…
They believe they just need to “scrub harder”. That somehow if they try harder their results will be better.
I got news for ya… in most cases it doesn’t work that way.
After all, the definition of foolish is to continue to do the same things and expect different results. And if you keep dieting and trying other idiotic weight loss methods, it won’t make one ounce of difference how hard you try, your results are going to flat out stink.
But part of you already knows this.
So why do you keep persisting?…
Because you don’t have any idea what else to try.

And that’s the BIG if. You MUST make the effort. Consistency is king.
It’s almost stupidly simple. It flies right past the radar of all the flabby individuals who still think losing weight is hard.

- Step #1
Stay hydrated. This means drinking plenty of water everyday, throughout the day.
And NO, soft drinks, fruit juices and the like don’t count. It’s WATER that makes the difference.
- Step #2
The 60% carbohydrate, 40% protein split.
Don’t know exactly why. Not even the “Einstein” weight loss gurus do! But a 60/40 ratio seems to work wonders.
- Step #3
Consume six small meals every day… evenly spaced about 2.5 hours apart.
You probably already know this “5th grader” stuff.
Which leaves the question… why are you NOT using it?

Every morning, BEFORE YOU EAT ANYTHING…
Exercise for 25 minutes. This will force your body to burn “fat stores” instead of the food you’ve just eaten.
