*Start drinking water. Water is a must to any quick diet program. You have to drink too much water in order to full your stomach and make it feel full. Try to drink about 8 glasses everyday.
*Exercising can help you accelerate your metabolism. Just simple activities like intense walking, jogging or little running will help your body "burn" more calories and lose weight quickly. Try to exercise at the morning with your stomach empty because then it's the best time for burning fat.
*Try to eat 6 times everyday. Try to take your highest calorie intake meal for breakfast and the lowest for dinner. That way, you help your body never feel hungry. 6 meals everyday doesn't mean eating anything. As I mentioned before you must focus on healthy foods (fruits, vegetables etc) which help your body lose fat and weight.
This is the main concept. Sounds easy huh? Of course it's easy. You just have to stay with it, not apply it for 1 week and then stop it. Losing weight quickly and easily means that you stay with a program and get succeed at the end.
